Warranty policy:

100% of the reservation payment is required to make it.

Cancellations:

The charge of $250.00 pesos will apply from the third person in the same room.

Children up to 12 years old are considered. Children from 13 years old will be charged as an adult.

Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Oversell policy:

In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer, the Hotel, at its own expense, will find suitable alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.

The Hotel will pay for one night including taxes in a similar Hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.

The guest will be given at least one call to their home or office.
